The most challenging stretch of holes includes the 15th, a short but well-bunkered par 4; the 16th, a lengthy par 3 over water; the 17th, a daunting pond-guarded par 4; and the iconic S-shaped par 5 18th hole. The course offers the Skytop Grill, which overlooks the 9th hole and features large-screen TVs.

The 16th hole, a par-3, presents a significant challenge with a 175-plus-yard carry-over water and bunkers from the back tees. The course also provides spacious practice areas for classes and clinics, and its Tavern on the Lakes offers a great view of the practice area.

Golf Warrior, located near the intersection of I-77 and I-85, provides stunning views, undulating terrain, and excellent Bermuda greens surrounding Lake Wright. The course features Champion Ultra Dwarf Bermuda greens installed in 2018. Golfers can expect challenging holes with numerous lakes and elevation changes. The course has five par-3 holes, three requiring mid-iron approaches, while the reachable par 5s offer scoring opportunities. The standout hole is the short downhill par 4 15th, offering a spectacular vista and a short approach towards a lake-backed green.

On the other hand, the 7th hole presents a unique challenge with a 407-yard par 4 requiring a precise 175-plus-yard forced carry tee shot from a difficult-to-tee grass mat and a hazard-guarded approach. The 2018 refurbishment removed over 2,000 trees to enhance sunlight and airflow to the green complexes. Additionally, the course provides golf carts with touch-screen GPS for distance measurement and course planning.

Edgewater Golf Club

Edgewater was established in 2008 in a retirement community that has been developed gently, resulting in minimal civilized intrusions on the charming and natural surroundings.
